"2009 Semiahmoo International Regatta"
April 25th - 26th., 2009
Karl Uthoff's BAD KITTY starts 2009 season off with a VICTORY! Skippered by BC Multihull Society President Bob Davis and with BCMS members Ron Tomas, Tim Poustie, and Alec Mackenzie as crew, Bad Kitty led Blue Lightning (Mark Gumley), The RufDuck (Linda Adams) and Blue MajAC (Jason Arnold) to the finish line in the first race of the 2009 Semiahmoo International Regatta on Saturday, April 25th. Other multihulls entered in the race were Niall Berry's Cosair 24, Richard Wood's Tucanu, Rae Simpson's Mustang Sally and Kim Alfred's Black MajAC
BAD Kitty also did well in Sunday's shorter races with two firsts and one second. She won the 2009 Haley's Dodge Cup and the White Rock Cup.
